Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-transferable personal-use licence only. This licence permits printing and sharing for personal purposes. Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, manipulated, sold, entered into competitions, published, or used for commercial, promotional, or business purposes without prior written permission.
Copyright ownership is not transferred under any circumstances.
Digital files are delivered electronically via secure gallery download. Once files have been downloaded, Twisted Willow Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping, storage, backup, misuse, unauthorised copying, distribution, hacking, or third-party sharing of the images. Clients assume full responsibility for protecting their digital files after delivery, including where images are forwarded, shared, or stored on personal devices or online platforms.
Twisted Willow Studio cannot be held liable if images are distributed, copied, accessed, or shared without the client’s consent once delivered.
Purchased digital files will be archived for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, files may be permanently removed from studio storage. Retrieval requests after 30 days may incur a file retrieval and reprocessing fee, and file availability cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are strongly encouraged to download and securely back up their files as soon as possible upon receipt.
