Twisted Willow Studio – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy

1. Bookings

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with Twisted Willow Studio.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received, as specified for your selected service.

  • A confirmation email outlining your session details will be sent once your booking is secured.

  • Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 7 days or more before your session: Full refund of any deposit or payment made.

  • Less than 7 days before your session: 50% of the deposit/payment is retained to cover preparation costs.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refund provided.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Deposits are non-transferable to another person without prior written approval.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions may be shortened if clients arrive late.

  • Twisted Willow Studio reserves the right to forfeit the session if clients are significantly late without prior notice.

4. Travel & Location Fees

  • Additional travel fees may apply for sessions outside the studio’s standard service area; these will be communicated at booking.

  • Any location fees (e.g., park permits, private property fees) are the responsibility of the client and will be billed in advance if applicable.

5. Waitlist Policy

  • If your preferred date is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist.

  • Clients on the waitlist are contacted in order of request should a session become available.

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a booking; a session is only confirmed once payment is received.

  • Waitlist offers must be accepted within the timeframe specified, otherwise the session may be offered to the next client.

6. Studio Cancellation

  • Twisted Willow Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, weather (for outdoor sessions), equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients will be offered either:

    1. A full refund, or

    2. The option to reschedule to the next mutually available date.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session.

7. Additional Notes

  • All sessions are subject to studio policies, including health and safety requirements, image usage agreements, and terms outlined at the time of booking.

  • By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
