1. Once order is placed and payment is recieved, there is a no return policy as each order in custom designed.
2. There will be up to a 4-week turnaround on orders (unless prior arrangements)
3. Note:   Digitally manipulation service is available, this is at additional cost.

I will make contact and organise a design conultation either in person or via video link.  This will be done prior to ordering of album and please note purchase has to be paid in full before the order is sent to be created.
