Service Description
Prior to your photographic sitting, an initial consultation to discuss any ideas and styles that you would like covered. Your photo session will be a fun experience, with a variety of poses and styles. Captured by a professional female photographer. My studio is comfortable and discreet located in Invercargill or the photo shoot can be done on location, depending on the style of portrait you are wanting. Styling and guidance throughout your shoot Unlimited photos taken Duration of photo shoot approximately 2 hours $100.00 deposit is required to secure booking Balance of sitting fee is required on the day of the photo shoot Complementary tea, coffee & juice available Sitting fee covers the taking of the portrait only, hair & makeup artist, prints and enlargements are additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Twisted Willow Studio – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 1. Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with Twisted Willow Studio. Bookings are confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received (as specified for your selected service). A confirmation email outlining your session details will be sent once your booking is secured. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled session: A full refund of any deposit or payment made will be provided. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your session: 50% of the total deposit/payment will be retained to cover administrative and preparation costs. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your session: No refund will be provided. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred alternative date. Deposits are non-transferable to another person without prior written approval. 3. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they joined should a session become available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a booking. A session is only confirmed once payment is received. Waitlist offers must be accepted within the timeframe specified in the notification message, otherwise the session may be offered to the next client. 4. Studio Cancellation Twisted Willow Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, weather conditions (for outdoor sessions), equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered either: A full refund, or The option to reschedule to the next mutually available date. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session. 5. Additional Notes All sessions are subject to studio policies, including health and safety requirements, image usage agreements, and terms outlined at the time of booking. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
