Location photography is where you choose a location to create a personalised photography shoot. Example park, beach or in the bush. Please note there are mileage charges. Outside the town boundary.
Cancellation Policy
Twisted Willow Studio – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 1. Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with our studio. Bookings are only confirmed once payment (deposit or full payment) is received, depending on the service. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details once your booking is secured. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session: full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session: 50% of the deposit/payment will be retained. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session: no refund will be given. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date. 3. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order they joined when a spot becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a booking; confirmation occurs only when payment is received. 4. Additional Notes All sessions are subject to studio policies, including health & safety disclaimers. Twisted Willow Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
